Josie has depicted a water dreaming story. All the circles are water holes spread across the country and the colours represent the desert.

Josie Mulda spent her early years in Alice Springs then  came to Titjikala in 1975 and went to school in the Silver Bullet caravan school.  She attended Yirara College for her secondary education then returned to Titjikala.

Josie started painting around 1980 after watching older family members and listening their stories.  She also creates batik, bush  jewellery and occasionally carves punu. Her artwork incorporates both contemporary designs and that of ancient Tjukurpa passed down by family members throughout time.
