Lisa grew up in Titjikala. Her mum Josie grew up there and her father Lincoln (passed away) was born and raised in Titjikala. Lisa paints bush tucker, bush medicines, snake and kungka seven sisters story. Lisa has been painting for Tapatjatjaka art and craft on and off for many years, starting when she was a young girl she would paint with the old ladies at the womens centre before they built the current Titjikala art centre.
